Order, bookmarks and page size
Pages are appended in the order the files appear in the list, and each keeps its original dimensions — mixing A4 and Letter produces a document with mixed page sizes, which is valid but sometimes surprising when printing.
Outlines and form fields from the source documents are not merged; the output is a clean, flat document.
Merging scans
Scanned pages merge fine, but the result contains images rather than text. If you need to search the finished document, run OCR before merging.

Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?
- Up to 20 files per batch, 100 MB each.
Can I reorder the files?
- Files merge in the order you add them, so add them in the order you want.
